This 3-inch mandrel-bent aluminum intercooler pipe from Wehrli Custom Fabrication is built for the 2023-2025 Ford Super Duty trucks with the High Output 6.7L Power Stroke diesel. It replaces the factory's restrictive 2.5-inch hot side pipe, allowing for improved airflow from the turbocharger to the engine. The pipe features a CNC-machined billet aluminum flange with a double O-ring seal, which helps prevent boost leaks that can rob your engine of power and reduce reliability.

You'll also find an included threaded bung for a temperature sensor, giving you more data about your engine's performance. This kit comes with an upgraded silicone boot and stainless steel T-bolt clamps, designed to handle higher boost pressures and temperatures than the stock components, reducing the chance of a blown boot.
