This 3-inch mandrel-bent aluminum intercooler pipe from Wehrli Custom Fabrication is built to replace the restrictive 2.5-inch factory hot side pipe on your 2023-2025 Ford Super Duty with the High Output 6.7L Power Stroke engine. The larger diameter allows for better airflow, helping your turbocharger perform more efficiently. It's designed as a direct bolt-on upgrade, meaning no tuning is required, and it fits with your stock setup.

The CNC machined billet aluminum flange features a double O-ring seal, which creates a more reliable connection than the stock setup and helps prevent boost leaks that can rob your engine of power and reduce reliability. This kit also includes an upgraded silicone boot designed to handle higher boost pressures and temperatures than the factory boot, reducing the chance of it blowing off under load.
