Wehrli 23-24 Ford 6.7L HO Power Stroke 3in Hot Side Intercooler Pipe - Bengal Blue

This 3-inch mandrel-bent aluminum intercooler pipe from Wehrli Custom Fabrication is built to replace the stock, more restrictive 2.5-inch hot side pipe on your 2023-2025 Ford Super Duty with the High Output 6.7L Power Stroke engine. The larger diameter helps improve airflow, and the 14-gauge aluminum construction is strong and durable for demanding use.

Wehrli includes a CNC-machined billet aluminum flange with a double O-ring seal, which offers a much better sealing surface than the factory setup to help prevent boost leaks that can rob your engine of power and reduce reliability. You'll also get an upgraded silicone boot designed to handle higher boost pressures and temperatures than the stock one, reducing the chance of it blowing out. Plus, there's a threaded bung on the pipe, ready for you to install a temperature sensor if you choose.
