This 3-inch hot side intercooler pipe is built for the 2023-2025 Ford Super Duty models with the High Output 6.7L Power Stroke engine. It's designed to replace the factory's more restrictive 2.5-inch pipe, which can help improve airflow from the turbocharger to the engine.

This pipe is made from 14-gauge mandrel-bent aluminum, giving it a smooth interior path for air. It comes with an upgraded silicone boot and stainless steel t-bolt clamps that are built to handle higher boost pressures and temperatures than the stock parts, helping to prevent blown boots. The flange is CNC machined from billet aluminum and uses a double O-ring seal to ensure a tight fit and reduce the chance of boost leaks that can rob your engine of power. There's also a threaded bung included for installing a temperature sensor, and it's finished in a durable Brizzle Blue powder coat.
