Wehrli 23-24 Ford 6.7L HO Power Stroke 3in Hot Side Intercooler Pipe - Candy Teal

This Wehrli 3-inch hot side intercooler pipe kit is what you get when you're looking to improve the airflow on your 2023-2025 Ford Super Duty with the High Output 6.7L Power Stroke engine. It includes a fabricated 3-inch mandrel-bent aluminum pipe, a high-pressure silicone boot, stainless steel T-bolt clamps, and a CNC machined billet aluminum flange with double O-ring seals. You also get a threaded bung for a temperature sensor and a new wire retaining clip.

The factory intercooler pipe on these HO Power Stroke engines is a restrictive 2.5-inch design. This Wehrli pipe upgrades you to a full 3-inch diameter, which helps reduce restriction and allows for better airflow to the engine. The CNC machined flange with its double O-ring seal is designed to create a more reliable seal than the stock setup, helping to prevent boost leaks that can rob your truck of power and put extra strain on the factory components. The included silicone boot is also built to handle higher pressures and temperatures than the stock one, offering improved reliability and reducing the chance of it blowing off under load.
