Wehrli 23-24 Ford 6.7L HO Power Stroke 3in Hot Side Intercooler Pipe - Flat Black

This Wehrli Custom Fabrication intercooler pipe kit is what you get when you want to improve the airflow on your 2023-2025 Ford Super Duty with the 6.7L High Output Power Stroke engine. You'll receive the 3-inch mandrel-bent aluminum hot side intercooler pipe, a high-pressure silicone boot, stainless steel T-bolt clamps, O-rings, a new wire retaining clip, and a threaded bung for a sensor port. The pipe itself is finished in a durable flat black powder coat.

The factory intercooler pipe on these HO Power Stroke engines is a restrictive 2.5-inch design. This Wehrli pipe steps that up to a full 3 inches, which helps reduce backpressure and allows the turbo to breathe easier. It's made from 14-gauge aluminum and features a CNC-machined billet aluminum flange with a double O-ring seal. This setup is designed to create a more reliable seal than the stock components, helping to prevent boost leaks that can rob your truck of power and put extra strain on the turbo system. The included silicone boot is also upgraded to handle higher pressures and temperatures than the factory one, reducing the chance of it blowing off under load.

This is a direct bolt-on upgrade that requires no tuning or other modifications to your truck's stock setup. It's designed to fit right in place of the OEM pipe, making installation straightforward.
