This 3-inch mandrel-bent aluminum intercooler pipe from Wehrli Custom Fabrication is built to replace the stock, more restrictive 2.5-inch hot side pipe on your 2023-2025 Ford Super Duty with the High Output 6.7L Power Stroke engine. The larger diameter helps improve airflow into the engine, especially when you're pushing the truck harder. It’s a direct bolt-on upgrade that doesn't require any tuning to see the benefits.

The pipe features a CNC-machined billet aluminum flange with a double O-ring seal, which creates a much more reliable connection than the factory setup and helps prevent boost leaks that can rob your engine of power. It also includes a threaded bung for an aftermarket temperature sensor, giving you more data if you're monitoring your engine's performance.
