This 3-inch hot side intercooler pipe is designed for the 2023-2025 Ford Super Duty models equipped with the High Output 6.7L Power Stroke engine. It's a direct replacement for the factory's more restrictive 2.5-inch pipe, aiming to improve airflow into your engine.

This pipe is made from 14-gauge mandrel-bent aluminum, which helps maintain consistent diameter for better flow. It comes with an upgraded silicone boot and T-bolt clamps that are built to handle higher boost pressures and temperatures than the stock parts, reducing the chance of a blown boot. The CNC-machined billet aluminum flange features a double O-ring seal, which creates a more reliable seal to prevent boost leaks that can rob your engine of power. There's also a threaded bung included for adding a temperature sensor if you need one.

Installation is straightforward, as it's designed to bolt on without requiring any tuning or other modifications to your truck. This kit includes everything needed for installation, including O-rings and a new wire retaining clip.
