This Wehrli Custom Fabrication intercooler pipe is built for the 2023-2025 Ford Super Duty trucks with the High Output 6.7L Power Stroke diesel. It directly replaces the factory's 2.5-inch hot side pipe with a larger, 3-inch mandrel-bent aluminum tube. This upgrade helps reduce restriction in the intake system, allowing the turbo to push more air into the engine more efficiently.

The kit includes a CNC machined billet aluminum flange with a double O-ring seal, which is designed to create a more reliable seal than the stock setup and help prevent boost leaks. You also get an upgraded silicone boot that's built to handle higher pressures and temperatures than the factory boot, reducing the chance of it blowing off under load. There's even a threaded bung included for adding a temperature sensor, making it easier to monitor your intake air temps. Since it's a direct bolt-on replacement, no tuning is required, and it fits with the stock intercooler and other factory components.
