• High speed tolerance check of new bushings and proper seating of new brushings

• Checks amperage draw and RPM under no load conditions

load test

• Checks starter under actual starting conditions

• Checks amperage draw

• Checks RPM

• Checks torque reading

• Checks starter drive

• Checks drive to flywheel engagement

oscilloscope test

• Checks brushing tolerance

• Checks brush spring tension

• Checks brush seating

• Checks armature grounds and opens

• Checks pole shoe interference

Solenoid test

• Full function electrical and mechanical test of pull-in coil and hold-in coil
