M1 0w-40
This is one of M1 finests, its great for startups, almost inmediate lubrication where needed, great for turbo gasoline engines and for climate variations; i use it since 2006 in my volvo turbo car.
Oil
I used the oild for my ML320CDI an it is so far great! I drove at 130 MPH for 4hrs on the Autobahn in Germany all the way to Italy with no problems.
