This package includes a fully remanufactured 6R140 transmission that uses OEM clutch counts and an OEM valve body, ensuring it works seamlessly with your truck's existing systems. BD Diesel also adds their Deep Transmission Pan, which helps keep temperatures down by increasing fluid capacity. The included ProForce Torque Converter is designed as a direct replacement for your tired stock converter, featuring furnace-brazed pump and turbine fins for long service life. It offers 76% more clutch holding power thanks to a dual-surface clutch assembly, and a unique machined steel reaction ring replaces the factory stamping for added strength. Importantly, this converter only becomes active when boost exceeds 15 psi, so it doesn't create extra heat or parasitic drag when you're just cruising.

To further enhance performance and longevity, this kit also comes with a BD Pressure Controller. This unit can deliver up to 300 psi of line pressure at wide-open throttle, ensuring firm shifts and proper clutch engagement.
