The BD Diesel 6L80 Roadmaster Transmission and Converter Package is built to handle more than stock trucks, whether you're towing heavy loads or just want a more reliable drivetrain. This package is specifically for 2014-2021 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, GMC Sierra 1500, and their SUV counterparts (Suburban, Tahoe, Yukon) with 2WD. It addresses common failure points in the factory 6L80 transmission, giving you improved longevity and performance.

BD Diesel starts with a remanufactured valve body, updating the clutch select and TCC regulator valves to eliminate sloppy shifting and ensure smoother gear changes. They've also included an updated GM forward piston, a common failure point on OEM units that can lead to cracks. A new pressure regulator valve is installed to prevent low line pressure issues, and all TEHCM units are cleaned, tested, and fitted with new seals and discs. Inside, you'll find new OEM clutches and steels, along with new molded pistons, all contributing to a stronger, more durable transmission. The package also includes a brand-new ProForce torque converter with a billet cover, a significant upgrade that prevents the notorious converter failures found in stock units. To keep temperatures in check, a cast aluminum deep sump oil pan is included, which adds an extra 2 quarts of fluid capacity, reducing heat and clutch wear.
