This kit is specifically for 1998.5-2002 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 models equipped with the APPS system and a 4-inch exhaust, and it includes the brake valve, spool valve, and all necessary mounting hardware.

This means it can provide up to 150 retarding horsepower across the engine's RPM range, not just at high speeds.
