The CSF by PWR Intercooler System for your Audi RS6 Avant or RS7 uses a Formula-1 performance grade core, a notable design choice that sets it apart. This core features two rows of rolled cooling tubes with inner fins, making it exceptionally efficient at cooling intake air compared to traditional bar-and-plate or tube-and-fin designs. This efficiency directly translates to eliminating heat soak and keeping intake air temperatures (IATs) lower, even under demanding driving conditions or with significant power upgrades.

Unlike the OEM crimped cast aluminum end tanks, this CSF system utilizes 100% TIG-welded, CNC-machined billet aluminum end tanks. This construction is not only visually appealing but also significantly stronger, built to withstand the increased boost pressures that come with performance tuning and upgraded turbochargers. CSF partnered with Pacific German, a specialist in VAG vehicles, to develop this critical component, aiming to unlock the full potential of the C8 platform and address the heat soak issues that can cause the ECU to pull timing and reduce performance.
