When you're looking to push your Gen 2 B58 engine to its absolute limits, the CSF Race X Charge-Air-Cooler Manifold is what you'll want. This kit contains all the necessary brackets, bolts, washers, and CNC-machined fittings, all vacuum-sealed and organized with a Bill-of-Materials list and installation diagrams. This manifold is built for maximum airflow and cooling capacity. It features a core that's 25% larger than previous models, with 15 cooling rows compared to the standard 12, helping it keep up with high airflow demands. The front water end plate is designed for versatility, allowing for either a single-pass setup or an ice box configuration, with a large -16 ORB bung for optimized water flow, recommended to be used with fittings from motorsport experts Brown and Miller. An integrated air divider in the inlet tank ensures consistent air volume and velocity to all cylinders, promoting equal cooling performance. For added thermal management, it includes a KIYLEX spacer, a strong polymer that insulates the intake manifold from cylinder head heat, helping to lower intake air temperatures and combat heat soak. The manifold also comes with an extruded AN-8 fuel rail and multiple 1/8" NPT ports on each cylinder runner for nitrous or methanol injection, allowing for precise spray control.

Installation is made more straightforward with slotted mounting tabs on the throttle body side, which help with alignment. You'll also appreciate the recessed design at the back of the manifold, giving you easy access to the spin-off oil filter without needing to remove the manifold for oil changes.
