This DEI dimpled aluminum sheet is a well-built material for creating custom heat shields. Measuring 42 inches by 48 inches, it's made from 10 mil aluminum and is designed to reflect and block heat effectively. It's also useful for reducing unwanted road, tire, and engine noise, making your cabin more comfortable. The dimpled design helps it fit into tight spaces, requiring only 3/16 inches of clearance.

You can easily cut and form this sheet to fit most shapes and contours needed for your project, whether it's for firewalls, under the vehicle, floor pans, or oil tank boxes. The aggressive self-adhesive backing is strong enough to hold in place at temperatures exceeding 450 degrees Fahrenheit, and the aluminum itself can withstand direct high temperatures up to 1750 degrees Fahrenheit.
