If you're looking to significantly increase the displacement of your 2000-2006 Big Twin engine, this S&S Cycle 4-1/2 inch stroke flywheel assembly is a solid choice. It's designed to work with stock bore cylinders, allowing you to bore them out to 3-7/8 inches to accommodate S&S stroker pistons, which are sold separately. This approach means you can achieve a larger engine without needing extensive machining or altering the stock engine height, making it an economical way to boost power.

This assembly is built for engines that use internal balancers and are equipped with Timken right main bearings, or have been upgraded to accept them. You can use either stock or S&S cylinder heads with this kit. Keep in mind that if your engine is fuel-injected, you'll need to recalibrate the system, and S&S recommends their VFI modules and closed loop sensor kits for this purpose. For engines that came with factory 95-inch kits, piston fitting will be necessary for the correct oversize.
