S&S Cycle 00-06 BT 4-3/8in Stroke Flywheel Assembly w/ Sprocket Shaft Bearing Race

Starting with a 4-3/8 inch stroke, these flywheels are designed to replace the stock units in 2003-2006 Harley-Davidson internally balanced Big Twin engines, increasing the stroke from the original 4 inches. The sprocket shaft comes with a stock-style bearing race already pressed on, so you can use your original roller-style sprocket shaft bearing.

These flywheels are CNC machined from heat-treated, closed-die steel forgings, making them significantly stronger than stock steel flywheels. They are trued to within .0005 inches of runout on the pinion and sprocket shaft bearing surfaces, which helps them handle higher RPMs and makes them fully compatible with gear drive cams. The assembly is balanced with S&S heavy-duty 7.667 inch connecting rods, featuring full-width wrist pin ends, and the pinion and sprocket shafts are forged directly into the flywheel assembly. This three-piece design minimizes the number of joints, with the only connection points being where the 1.671 inch diameter connecting rod crankpin is pressed into the flywheels. The pinion shaft also includes a sprocket to drive the balancer chain.
