S&S Cycle 00-06 BT 4-5/8in Stroke Flywheel Assembly w/o Sprocket Shaft Bearing Race

If you're looking to build a high-performance engine for your 2000-2006 Harley-Davidson Big Twin, this S&S Cycle flywheel assembly is a solid foundation. This assembly is designed for internally balanced engines and is part of the S&S 124" Hot Set Up Kit. It features a 4-5/8" stroke and an 8-1/2" diameter, providing the core for significant displacement increases.

These flywheels are CNC machined from heat-treated, closed-die steel forgings, making them notably stronger than stock steel flywheels. The three-piece design includes pinion and sprocket shafts forged directly into the flywheels, reducing potential failure points. The assembly is trued to within .0005" runout on the shaft bearing surfaces, allowing for higher RPM operation and full compatibility with gear-drive cams. It comes fully assembled with S&S heavy-duty connecting rods, which have full-width wrist pin ends and are dynamically balanced for smoother operation. The only joints in the assembly are where the connecting rod crankpin is pressed into the flywheels, ensuring a strong connection.

This flywheel assembly is intended for crankcases that use a Timken sprocket shaft bearing and does not include a stock-style bearing race pressed on.
