S&S Cycle 2007+ BT 4-3/8in Stroke Flywheel Assembly w/o Sprocket Shaft Bearing Race

S&S Cycle is well-known for building performance engine components for Harley-Davidson motorcycles. This 4-3/8 inch stroke flywheel assembly is designed to replace the original flywheels in 2007 and later Harley-Davidson Big Twin engines, specifically when you're using high-performance pistons that accommodate connecting rods with full-width wristpin ends. This assembly is intended for crankcases that use a Timken sprocket shaft bearing and does not include the stock-style bearing race pressed on.

This flywheel assembly is a three-piece design, with the pinion and sprocket shafts forged as part of the flywheels themselves. The flywheels are CNC machined from heat-treated, closed-die steel forgings, making them 114 percent stronger than stock steel flywheels. They are fully assembled with S&S heavy-duty 7.667 inch connecting rods, which feature full-width wristpin ends and are dynamically balanced. The only joints in this assembly are where the 1.671 inch diameter connecting rod crankpin is pressed into the flywheels. This construction, along with being trued to less than .0005 inch runout on the bearing surfaces, allows for higher RPM operation and full compatibility with gear-drive cams.
