S&S Cycle 2007+ BT 7.800in Rod 4-5/8in Stroke Flywheel Assembly

If you're rebuilding the heart of your 2007 or later Big Twin S&S T143 engine, this flywheel assembly is a solid choice for getting back on the road with improved performance. This unit replaces the original flywheels and is designed for crankcases that use a Timken sprocket shaft bearing. It's a critical component for your engine's power delivery and smooth operation.

This assembly is built tough, starting with flywheels that are CNC machined from heat-treated, closed die steel forgings. These are notably stronger than stock steel flywheels, giving you confidence in their durability. The assembly comes fully put together with S&S heavy duty 7.800-inch connecting rods, featuring full-width wrist pin ends for added strength. The flywheels are trued to less than .0005 inches of runout on the pinion and sprocket shaft bearing surfaces, which is important for higher RPM capability and compatibility with gear drive cams. The pinion and sprocket shafts are forged as part of the flywheel itself, and the pinion shaft is set up to drive the balancer chain.

This is a three-piece design where the only joints are where the 1.671-inch diameter connecting rod crankpin is pressed into the flywheels. Keep in mind that this assembly is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California. Always refer to the manufacturer's installation instructions for proper assembly and setup.
