S&S Cycle 2007+ BT B-Style 4-3/8in Stroke Flywheel Assembly w/ Sprocket Shaft - 1035 TPW

Starting with a 4-3/8 inch stroke and an 8-1/2 inch diameter, this flywheel assembly is built to replace the original flywheels in 2007 through 2016 Harley-Davidson big twin engines, especially when you're looking to run performance or big bore pistons. The connecting rods feature full width wrist pin ends, not tapered ones, and the sprocket shaft comes with a stock-style bearing race already pressed on. This setup is designed for crankcases that use the stock roller-style sprocket shaft bearing.

These flywheels are CNC machined from heat-treated, closed die steel forgings, making them notably stronger than late-style stock steel flywheels. They are trued to less than .0005" runout on the pinion and sprocket shaft bearing surfaces, which allows for higher RPM operation and full compatibility with gear drive cams. The assembly is fully put together with S&S heavy duty 7.659" connecting rods, which also have full width wrist pin ends, and it's dynamically balanced for smooth operation. The only joints in this assembly are where the 1.671" diameter connecting rod crankpin is pressed into the flywheels, creating a solid three-piece design. Both the pinion and sprocket shafts are forged as part of the flywheel itself, with the pinion shaft including provisions to drive the balancer chain.
