S&S Cycle 99-06 BT 4-5/8in Stroke Flywheel Assembly w/o Sprocket Shaft Bearing

This is the S&S Cycle 4-5/8 inch stroke flywheel assembly, designed for 1999 through 2006 Harley-Davidson Big Twin engines, excluding Dyna models, as well as S&S T124 engines. It's a robust three-piece design that utilizes a Timken sprocket shaft bearing, making it suitable for higher RPM operation and fully compatible with gear drive cams. This assembly is trued to less than .0005" runout on the pinion and sprocket shaft bearing surfaces, ensuring smooth operation and longevity.

The flywheels themselves are CNC machined from heat-treated, closed die steel forgings, which are notably stronger than stock steel flywheels. This assembly comes fully put together with S&S heavy-duty connecting rods, featuring full-width wrist pin ends, and is dynamically balanced for optimal performance. The only joints in this assembly are where the connecting rod crankpin is pressed into the flywheels, and the pinion and sprocket shafts are forged as part of the flywheel itself, creating a solid, well-built unit.

This flywheel assembly is a direct replacement for the one found in an S&S 124" Hot Set Up Kit®. Please note that the sprocket shaft does not come with a stock-style bearing race pressed on, as it's intended for crankcases equipped with a Timken sprocket shaft bearing. This part is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
