Sinister Diesel 2008-2010 Ford 6.4L Powerstroke Hot Side Charge Pipe

Starting with 3-inch diameter, CNC mandrel-bent tubing, this Sinister Diesel Hot Side Charge Pipe is built to improve airflow between your turbocharger and intercooler on your 2008-2010 Ford 6.4L Powerstroke F-250 or F-350. The stock piping can be a bottleneck, but this upgraded pipe is designed to reduce restrictions, leading to better airflow velocity. This can translate into improved engine power and lower exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs), which is always a good thing for your engine's health.

The pipe itself is constructed from 6061 aluminum alloy, a well-built material that holds up well. It's connected using 4-ply silicone boots that are rated for up to 400 psi, ensuring a solid seal under pressure. The connections are secured with stainless steel spring clamps, providing a reliable seal. The whole assembly is TIG welded and finished in a polished, powder-coated Sinister Blue, giving your engine bay a clean look.

This kit includes the two hot side charge pipes, three silicone boots, and five stainless steel spring clamps needed for installation. Keep in mind this part is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
