If you're setting up a twin turbo system on your 2001-2005 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD or 3500, or GMC Sierra 2500 HD or 3500 with the 6.6L Duramax LB7 engine, this Wehrli Custom Fab Up Pipe Kit is a solid choice. It replaces the factory 1 5/8" up pipes, which are known to crack and leak, with a much more robust 2" diameter stainless steel design. This upgrade is specifically for compound or twin turbo setups and is built to handle the increased demands of those systems.

These up pipes are constructed from heavy-duty 11-gauge stainless steel and are fully TIG welded for strength and durability. The larger 2" diameter and full-flow design help increase turbo spool-up speed and can contribute to lowering Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGTs). Unlike some other kits, these up pipes feature a symmetrical design without indents, meaning they won't clear a conventional downpipe routed behind the engine. This is important to note for your plumbing strategy, as they are intended for twin turbo applications where the downpipe routing will be different.

This kit comes complete with the necessary up pipe gaskets to ensure a leak-free installation. They are designed to work with factory exhaust manifolds or Wehrli's own billet exhaust manifolds. Keep in mind that this kit is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
