Wehrli 01-04 Chevrolet 6.6L Duramax LB7 2in Stainless Up Pipe Kit w/Gaskets - Single Turbo

Wehrli Custom Fabrication is known for making solid parts for Duramax trucks. If you're working on the exhaust system of your 2001-2004 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD or 3500, or your GMC Sierra 2500 HD or 3500 with the 6.6L Duramax LB7 engine, this up pipe kit is a serious upgrade over the stock components. The factory up pipes are known to crack and leak, which can hurt performance and make your turbo less responsive. These Wehrli pipes are built to last, using heavy-duty 11-gauge stainless steel construction that won't crack like the OEM ones.

This kit replaces the restrictive 1 5/8" factory pipes with a full 2" diameter, which helps the turbo spool up faster and can lower your Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGTs). They are fully TIG welded for a strong, reliable connection. This kit is designed specifically for single turbo applications and works with factory exhaust manifolds, or Wehrli's own billet exhaust manifolds. It's also designed to work with the Wehrli downpipe, though other aftermarket downpipes might need some adjustments.

Included in the kit are the heavy-duty 2" passenger and driver side up pipes, along with the necessary up pipe gaskets to ensure a leak-free seal. This is a direct replacement for GM part numbers 97223167 and 97302261. Please note that this part is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
