ICON 05-07 Ford F-250/F-350 7in Stage 4 Suspension System

ICON's 7-inch suspension system for the 2005-2007 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty is a complete Stage 4 package that overhauls the ride height and capability of these trucks. Seven inches of lift gives you clearance for 38-inch tall tires, opening up significantly more off-road capability while giving the truck an aggressive stance.

The system comes complete with a substantial list of components: ICON 2.5-inch piggyback shocks, dual-rate coil springs, a drop pitman arm, pan rod bracket, brake line brackets, radius arm drop-down brackets, ICON's progressive 5-inch rear leaf springs, and U-bolts. The piggyback reservoir on the shocks provides additional oil capacity for better heat dissipation during sustained off-road use, which matters on a heavy truck like the Super Duty.

Dual-rate coil springs are a key part of what makes this system work on and off road. The initial spring rate is softer for highway comfort, then the secondary rate engages under compression for bottom-out control on rough terrain. The 5-inch progressive rear leaf springs follow the same principle -- they get firmer as they compress, so the truck handles its own weight smoothly but resists bottoming out under load.

ICON notes that an application detail applies to this kit: it retains the factory block so the truck sits level with the front. All suspension components except the shocks are covered by ICON's Limited Lifetime Warranty, which gives some peace of mind on a system at this price point.
