ICON 05-15 Toyota Tacoma 0-3.5in/2016+ Toyota Tacoma 0-2.75in Stg 7 Suspension System w/Billet Uca

ICON's Stage 7 system for the 2005-2023 Toyota Tacoma sits just below the flagship Stage 10 in the lineup, but still includes a serious amount of hardware. Up front, you get 2.5-inch extended travel coilovers with remote reservoirs equipped with CDC valves for 10 levels of compression damping adjustment. These are height-adjustable from 0 to 3.5 inches of lift on 2005-2015 models and 0 to 2.75 inches on 2016-2023 models. The included billet aluminum upper control arms with ICON's patented Delta Joint correct front-end geometry and improve caster, camber, and component clearance at the lifted height.

Out back, the Stage 7 takes a different approach than the Stage 10. Instead of RXT multi-rate leaf springs, you get an add-a-leaf kit that replaces the factory overload leaves. This effectively lowers the rear spring rate by approximately 10%, giving you a more compliant ride while adding about 1.5 inches of rear lift over stock. The rear Omega Bypass shocks provide 28 settings of compression and rebound adjustment across multiple damping zones, giving you fine-tuned control over the rear ride quality.

The billet UCAs feature the same Delta Joint found in the Stage 10 -- a patented high-angle ball joint with a zinc-plated housing, grease seal, and greaseable metal-on-metal construction. It gives you uniball articulation with ball joint durability and noise-free operation. The coilover bodies are CAD-plated with 7/8-inch shafts and FK Rod End bearings.

ICON specifies this as a bolt-on system with no cutting or welding required. Not compatible with 2005-2015 2WD 5-lug Tacoma models. Recommended tire size is 33 x 11.50 inches. TRD Pro models (2017-2023) will have a reduced lift range of 0-1.25 inches front and about 1 inch rear lift over stock. Ships in multiple boxes.
