ICON 07-18 Jeep Wrangler JK 4.5in Stage 4 Suspension System

ICON's Stage 4 is the step up from Stage 3 in their 4.5-inch Jeep Wrangler JK lift lineup, and the key upgrade is the CDC valve on the 2.5-inch reservoir shocks. Everything else carries over -- dual-rate coil springs, track bar drop brackets, high-steering components, bump stop spacers, rear brake lines, rear sway bar links, complete front and rear link arms -- but the CDC valves give you on-the-fly compression damping adjustment without any tools.

That externally adjustable compression damping is the practical difference between Stage 3 and Stage 4 for this platform. With the CDC (Compression Damping Control) valves, you can dial the shocks softer for highway cruising or trail crawling where you want more suspension compliance, then firm them up for high-speed desert running or towing where you need more control. It is a tuning knob that lets you adapt the suspension to the conditions without pulling the shocks off the Jeep.

The dual-rate progressive coil springs remain the ride quality foundation. The softer initial rate handles everyday comfort, while the firmer secondary rate catches harder compressions before bottoming out. At all four corners, the 2.5-inch remote reservoir shocks keep oil temperatures lower for consistent damping during extended off-road sessions. The complete link arm set and high-steering components ensure the JK's solid axles track properly at the lifted height.

Same tire clearance as the Stage 3 system: 35-inch tires with no mods, 37-inch with high-clearance fenders. This ships in multiple boxes. If you want the most adjustability ICON offers in their 4.5-inch JK package, Stage 4 is the one.
