ICON 09-12 Ram 2500/3500 4.5in Stage 4 Suspension System

ICON built this 4.5-inch Stage 4 system for the 2009-2012 Ram 2500 and 3500 to add meaningful lift height and ground clearance while keeping steering geometry and link arm function intact. The additional height over their 2.5-inch kits means dedicated front end components are needed to maintain proper function, and ICON includes them all.

Dual rate coil springs provide the 4.5 inches of front lift, while ICON's 2.5-inch V.S. Series shocks handle damping. These shocks use FK bearings, billet top caps and rod ends, 7/8-inch shafts, and ICON's forged stem with rolled threads. Tubular steel upper and lower link arms replace the factory units, decreasing the bind found in the original link bushings and offering an improved alignment range. A bearing-style adjustable track bar centers the front axle and adds rigidity over the factory joints.

The kit also includes polyurethane bumpstops with billet extensions, sway bar drop brackets, and a forged pitman arm. ICON states this system allows proper clearance for 35-inch tall tires with no modifications, and some 37-inch tires may fit with minor fender well trimming.
