ICON's 2.5 Series Vehicle Specific (V.S.) shocks are built to give your 2011-2019 GM HD truck outstanding performance off-road and a comfortable ride on the street. These shocks are tuned specifically for your truck's application, considering both length and damping characteristics. Like all ICON shocks, these are fully rebuildable and revalveable, meaning you can service them for years to come.
The unique design includes a one-piece digressive piston for precise damping control, and an internal "Bump Zone" that adds 20% more damping force as the shock nears full compression. This helps prevent harsh bottom-outs during aggressive driving. The external CDCV (Compression Damping Control Valve) allows you to easily adjust the compression damping through 10 distinct levels with a simple turn of a knob, letting you fine-tune the ride for different conditions. The remote reservoir design helps dissipate heat, reducing shock fade during extended use, and is constructed from durable 1026 DOM steel with a CAD-plated finish for corrosion resistance. Components are CNC machined from 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum.
This pair of front shocks includes application-specific mounting hardware and PTFE-lined spherical bearings for a direct fit. They are designed to work with vehicles lifted 0-2 inches and feature an extended travel design. The 7/8-inch diameter induction-hardened, chrome-plated shock shaft ensures strength and durability.
