What you get in this box are a pair of ICON Vehicle Specific (V.S.) 2.5 Aluminum Series front shock absorbers, specifically tuned for your 1997 and up Nissan Patrol Y61. These aren't just generic shocks; they're built to give your Patrol a noticeable edge both when you're tackling tough trails and when you're just cruising down the highway. The larger 2.5-inch shock body and the remote reservoir design work together to manage heat effectively, which means more consistent damping performance, especially during extended periods of hard use. ICON builds these shocks with a focus on durability and performance. The one-piece, hard-anodized aluminum cylinders offer good corrosion resistance, and the 7/8-inch diameter induction-hardened, chrome-plated shock shaft is built to withstand the rigors of off-road driving. Inside, a one-piece digressive piston design is valved specifically for the Patrol, aiming for a balance of on-road comfort and off-road capability.
