ICON 2005+ Toyota Tacoma RXT Rear 2.5 Omega Series Shocks RR - Pair

ICON Omega Bypass shocks are built to give your 2005-2023 Toyota Tacoma outstanding performance both off-road and on the street. These rear shocks are specifically configured for the Tacoma's suspension, allowing you to customize the ride characteristics to your liking through the adjustment of the bypass valves. Like all ICON shock absorbers, the Omega Series shocks are 100% rebuildable and revalveable, meaning they're built to last and adapt to your needs.

ICON uses a 6061 billet aluminum manifold a few inches below the top cap, creating an internal “Bump Zone.” When this zone is engaged, it significantly increases damping force. This additional force helps prevent harsh bottom-outs and controls the suspension when it's compressing at high velocity. The ICON Bypass Valve is an externally adjustable valve that restricts oil flow through the bypass tube, offering 28 settings of compression and rebound adjustment with no tools required. This allows for precise suspension tuning to match your driving conditions, whether you're crawling over rocks or cruising on the highway. The one-piece impact extruded aluminum cylinders offer excellent corrosion resistance and a consistent finish, while the remote reservoir design helps dissipate heat to reduce shock fade during prolonged use.

These shocks feature PTFE lined spherical bearings and application-specific mounting hardware for a solid connection. The 7/8” diameter induction hardened, chrome plated shock shaft is strong and durable. The bypass tubes are also replaceable in the event of damage, further extending the life of the shocks. Premium grade 5WT shock oil is used for consistent suspension damping across a wide temperature range.
