ICON 2014+ Ram 2500 Air Ride Rear 2.5 Series Shocks VS PB - Pair

This product includes a pair of ICON 2.5 Series Vehicle Specific (V.S.) rear shocks, designed for your 2014-2022 Ram 2500. These shocks feature piggyback reservoirs and are built to offer a noticeable improvement in both off-road capability and on-street comfort. The valving and length are specifically tuned for your Ram 2500, ensuring they work seamlessly with the factory air ride suspension.

ICON builds these shocks with one-piece impact-extruded aluminum cylinders, which resist corrosion and maintain a consistent look. Inside, a one-piece digressive piston works with vehicle-specific valving to provide excellent control. A unique feature is the internal “Bump Zone” within the piggyback reservoir manifold. As the shock nears full compression, this zone engages to add about 20% more damping force, helping to prevent harsh bottom-outs and manage high-speed suspension movements. The nitrogen-charged monotube design and the remote reservoir help dissipate heat, reducing the chance of shock fade during extended use, like long descents or rough terrain. All components are CNC machined from 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum, and the 7/8” diameter shock shaft is induction hardened and chrome plated for durability.

These shocks are 100% rebuildable and revalveable, meaning you can service them to maintain performance or adjust the damping characteristics if your needs change. They use premium 5WT shock oil for consistent performance across a wide temperature range. For a factory-type fit, they include polyurethane bushings and forged steel mounting stems, along with PTFE-lined spherical bearings and application-specific mounting hardware.
