ICON 23-25 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty 4WD Diesel 2.5in Lift Stage 4 Suspension System

Built specifically for diesel-powered 2023-2025 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks, this ICON Stage 4 system uses coil springs rated for the additional front-end weight of a diesel engine. That distinction matters because gas-engine springs would sag under the heavier diesel powertrain, resulting in an uneven stance and compromised ride. ICON's diesel-specific dual rate springs provide a true 2.5-inch lift while keeping the front end where it should be.

The fabricated radius arms in this kit are fully boxed for strength and use a sealed pivot bushing that minimizes road feedback and noise over time. ICON specifically designed the arm profile for tire clearance at full steering lock, stating that 37-inch tires clear without contacting the radius arm. An on-vehicle adjustable front track bar ensures proper axle placement after the lift, and the adjustable design means you can fine-tune alignment without pulling the track bar off the truck.

Damping is handled by ICON's 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks with CDC Valves: remote reservoir units up front and piggyback reservoir units in the rear. Each shock offers 10 externally adjustable compression damping settings. The entire system bolts on with no drilling, cutting, or welding, and no driveshaft modifications are needed. ICON also backs the coil springs with a lifetime guarantee against sag or breakage, and the shocks are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.

A few notes: this kit fits 4WD models only and is not compatible with F-350 Cab and Chassis models. Trucks with the Tremor package will see approximately 1.5 inches of lift over stock rather than 2.5 inches. Recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is required after installation. If your truck has the OnBoard Scales option, sensor bracket part number 66203 is also recommended.
