They specialize in Jeeps, Chevy muscle cars, Mustangs, GM, Ford and Dodge trucks. Alloy USA has developed, tested, raced and trail rode each product until its perfected. High tensile strength 4340 Chromoloy is heat-treated, tempered and induction hardened to produce heavy-duty axles that are up to 40% stronger than stock. Alloy USA uses the latest splining technology to produce splines than traditionally cut splines. The shafts are then precision CNC machined and magnaflux inspected for any cracks or defects. They have over 30 years of experience in the performance market, and they know what works and how to make it.

• Axle Disconnect:
  - Permanent replacement for the failure prone
  O.E. vacuum and electric front axle engagement systems
