Order online or call our toll free order line 1-888-484-9560. In New York, dial 516-484-6497. You can also fax your order with the needed payment information to 516-484-4341. All orders received by Auto Barn will be confirmed via e-mail or phone call at your request. Our Order Department is open Monday through Friday from 8:30AM until 6:00PM Eastern time. Since 1957 we have offered our customers superior customer service. Please feel free to call us with any questions or comments you may have.


Credit Card
We accept American Express, VISA, Master Card, Discover & Optima. If for any reason the information you provide for credit card payment is incorrect, we will contact you. If we are unable to contact you within 72 hours, the order will be cancelled. For orders that include items stocked in our warehouse, your credit card will be charged on the day your order leaves our warehouse. For orders that consist entirely of custom products or items that must be drop shipped from one of our manufacturers or distributors, your card will be charged on the day that your order is transmitted to these third parties.

We accept payments made through PayPal. We will only ship to addresses confirmed on your PayPal account. Please note that funds for orders paid by PayPal are captured at the time the order is placed. If any monies are due you as a result of an item cancellation or back order, it will be promptly refunded to you through PayPal.

When sending Checks & Money Orders, please be sure to include the Money Order (including shipping) made payable to Auto Barn, a list of the products you wish to order and your shipping address, contact information and telephone number. Orders will be shipped out upon receipt of Money Orders. Orders placed by Check will be shipped when Check is cleared. Please allow 5-10 business days for Check clearing. An additional $10 is required for Canadian Money Orders.


Although most orders are shipped complete within 1-2 business days, occasionally an item is either back-ordered or no longer available. Under these circumstances, you will be contacted via e-mail within three business days from the time you place your order. If an item is back-ordered, you will have the option to either cancel the back-ordered product or have it shipped to you when available without incurring any additional shipping charges.


All products are also covered by their respective Manufacturer Warranty. Manufacturer warranties vary and are included with your product. Please review any manufacturer warranty carefully for more information. In addition, AutoBarn.com guarantees the workmanship of the products sold. Please note that Labor costs are not reimbursable. If you have received a defective product, and you wish to return it, please contact us by email or phone to receive an authorization to return. You are not responsible for the cost to return the product to us in the case of an exchange of a defective product within the first thirty days. See above for details on how to contact us.

Some of the products we sell are for off-road use only. Laws regulating the use of these products vary from state to state. You should always contact your local law enforcement agency to be sure that the products you wish to install or use adhere to all local laws and restrictions. AutoBarn.com makes no warranty that the products we sell are legal for on-road use.


Some of our parts require you to return the re-buildable original part back to us. If that is the case, the price of such a part will include a CORE charge which will be noted in the item pricing. The CORE charge will be refunded shortly after we receive the original part back from you.

Return shipment of a CORE is the responsibility of the customer. You will not be reimbursed for the cost of shipping a CORE back to us. Shipping costs for heavy items may exceed the CORE charge, so please keep this in mind when ordering such an item.


Applicable sales tax will be added to all items delivered to a New York address.
