Returns and Exchanges
AutoBarn.com Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please
follow these guidelines
New Returns must be made within 30 days of
receipt of order. During the December Holiday period, the return deadline is
extended to January 30th.
Returns made without an authorization will
delay processing and will be subject to a 20% handling charge
Returned items must be in new, unused condition in their original packaging.
Any item(s) not in resellable condition will be subject to a 20% restocking
Refunds will not be issued for returned
items that have been fully/partially installed or used or are missing
components. Customer is responsible for shipping charges to have item(s)
There are no returns on custom or
Shipping fees are ONLY refundable if the
return is due to Auto Barn's error or manufacturer defect AND the item(s) is
being exchanged for a replacement.
If an item arrives in unacceptable condition
as a result of damage in transit or a manufacturer defect, request a return
authorization and we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label. Once
we've verified the condition of the product, we'll ship you a replacement.
If the returned product is not defective or a replacement is not accepted,
the return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

wrap the item(s) securely and use UPS, Fedex or USPS with delivery
confirmation. Be sure to put the RGA# on the outer carton.

*Custom products include but are not limited to:
custom car covers, custom seat covers, custom floor mats, Vizualogic headrest
video systems, custom dash covers, custom heat shields, plus any custom painted, monogrammed or
personalized items. In cases where we have been able to authorize the return of
a custom made product, you will incur a 20% restocking fee. If the custom
product being returned is not in sellable condition or shows any sign of
installation or use, you will be charged a handling fee of up to 50%.
REFUNDS & CREDITS
After we accept your return, you will be
issued a refund via the same payment method as you had originally used to
place the order (Credit Card, Paypal, or Check).
AutoBarn.com will not reimburse any labor
charges or installation fees under any conditions.
